I came here two months out from a total hip replacement looking for a fast track to feeling normal and Nick and his team did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and put together custom workouts for me as well as “homework” to do in between sessions. I started there with a limp and a very scary illusion of my titanium side being longer than my normal leg. I left there feeling 100% back to normal and ready to do all the things I had been missing. I can’t recommend them enough, I’m so glad I signed up!

Following a broken ankle and 10 weeks of immobility, my orthopedic doctor gave me a few at-home exercises and a once-a-week PT prescription and told me I should be starting to walk on it within a week. I could feel how wrong that was in my body and decided to seek other options. I'm a neighbor of MTM and have friends who know Nick and attend their classes, so I contacted them for a consultation. That initial visit was all I needed, and I knew that I found the right place. Initially, I was doing 1:1 sessions twice a week with Corey. I can't say enough good things about him and the program he tailored for me. I had a ton to work on post-injury – breaking scar tissue, regaining balance and mobility, and recovering strength from significant muscular atrophy. I was pushed hard when needed and ramped up slowly for my weaker areas, and over time, the recovery and training expanded beyond just the needs of my initial injury. I couldn't ask for a better PT experience or physical therapist to guide me through my recovery. After a month of 1:1, I moved on to their hybrid model twice a week with Morgan, Malti, and Nick. Again, can't say enough good things about all these folks! It was a seamless transition and continuation of my recovery. No matter who was running the session, it was a personalized experience within a fun and energizing group environment. Over time, my recovery program developed into a more traditional training program, and I switched over to their MVP program. Sounding like a broken record, but, again, can't say enough good things! Great workouts. Kris and Morgan are awesome class leaders, and the variety of workouts, stretches, and movements are so well-rounded and impactful. All in all, I spent 6 months with MTM. Not only did I make a great recovery, I'm the strongest and most fit I've been in years. And on top of that, I had a great time throughout the process. I can't thank MTM and the whole staff enough for what they've done for me. TLDR: Like all the other reviews, I could rant and rave about how much I love MTM. If you need PT and training, look no further.
